Library in the Field of Chrysanthemums explores the idea of architecture as a quiet presence within a natural field, where space is defined not by enclosure, but by its relationship with light, vegetation and stillness. The project is conceived as a place of pause, where reading and observation merge into a single experience shaped by the surrounding landscape.
Rather than imposing a formal object onto the site, the design seeks to dissolve boundaries between built structure and environment. The architecture becomes a frame for attention, allowing nature to remain the dominant voice while offering moments of shelter, focus and reflection.
